They used to be our go to AC company until recently. They did a poor install on a brand new unit causing water to leak from our ceiling. Unresponsive and difficult to deal with. Didn’t take responsibility for the damage they caused. It’s been 3 weeks. They dried and re insulated the plenum and it started leaking water from our ceiling 3 days later. Thankfully we didn’t have the ceiling repaired by their vendor immediately as they requested. Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance
