Hesse air conditioning and heating

Great professional service. Fast communication, on time with appointment and explains job well. Hesse found the issue quick but my system needs further work that I dont have much choice but to run this with my home warranty. Certainly I recommend Hesse AC service in the future ???? Hesse Heating & Air You won't find a more responsive, reliable, and reasonably priced Heating and Air Conditioning company than Hesse. My 20 year old heating system was on its last breath, and I knew it. I called three different local companies. Two of them had me shoot photos of my old system & text to them. Then they gave me verbal cost quotes over the phone, but their prices seemed high, were for lower tier brands, and they wouldn't tell me the size of the system they were proposing (other than that it was equivalent to my old one.) Steve Hesse instead came to my house (within an hour of my call), evaluated my system condition and size. He noticed that the A/C part of my system was newer & could support more blower capacity. He then told me exactly the size, brand, features and warranty of what he would install. Then he gave me a price that was $800 less than the others, including a multi-speed blower, higher CFM (better air flow), and a larger, heavy duty filter unit. I accepted

I can’t say enough positive things about Steven and his crew for their professional service when our furnace broke down during this bitter cold winter storm that has hit Texas. Yesterday when the power finally came on, we discovered our furnace wasn’t working. The BBB website has several 5-star reviews for Hesse AC and Heating so I felt confident to give them a call. Steven answered and said he could come by the same day, which I was thankful for since the temperature was still extremely cold. After checking things out, Steven discovered the control board was broken, and because our furnace is old, replacement parts aren’t available so a new furnace is needed. Steven was able to quickly procure a new furnace from his supplier before they closed, and he arranged for it to be installed this morning. His crew showed up on time and quickly got to work removing the old furnace, installing the new one and left the area clean. It was a great feeling to finally have the house warm again. Steve
