We have been using Todd and team for over 12 years. They have replaced all of our units, but ONLY when they were needing to be replaced. He has continued to service our units and had always been reliable and reasonably priced. In short: trustworthy and very reasonable prices.

What a pleasure it was to work with Kool Koncepts. Called Todd and spoke to him about the problem we were having with our AC. He said he would be out in a couple of hours to look at the system and do some diagnostics. He arrived as scheduled, determined the problem and gave us options for fixing. We ended up with a new compressor with a very fair price. The installation was fast and smooth and we couldn't be happier with the service and the cost. We will be using Kool Koncepts in the future.
