EHS installed a complete HVAC system one year ago and have performed twice yearly checks since that time. I highly recommend RHS based on my experience.
I called over the weekend to have our unit checked since it had stopped cooling. David and his team were very responsive and checked the system, got it cooling again, and made recommendations to improve our AC system. I highly recommend them! Top customer service! home ac unit stopped cooling, EHS was listed as an authorized RHEEM dealer so I scheduled a service call. Technician Ben came and diagnosed the issue to be capacitor failure and quoted total cost would be $400. I declined the repair and paid the service call fees of $149, I wanted to shop around. Capacitor sticker was ripped off by the tech which would help identify the type of capacitor, I am disappointed by this behavior. There is no reason for him to take of any stickers from my system that provide the technical specifications. I will not use them again. Service: A/C system repair
