Chad is an absolute LIFESAVER! I began the DIY project of installing a dog door. After 60% of the job was done and a huge hole was cut in my wall, I realized I did not have the tools or skill to complete this job. He was courteous, professional, punctual, he cleaned up the debris and when the job turned into a bigger job than expected, he made sure I knew the cost difference before starting the extra work. That showed integrity, and I very much appreciated that small yet important act of professionalism. Not only did he complete the job, he fixed the errors I had made in attempting to do the job myself.
