POWER ONE ELECTRICS

Called HomeChoiceWarranty for not having power in 5 of the outlets. Power One Electrics was assigned to the job. Right on time. Very knowledgeable and he shared his knowledge with lots of tips for a better maintenance and distribution of power consumption, learned a lot and truly appreciate that. This company was sent out by Choice home warranty and he did nothing to fix or find out what was causing my lights to go out except to tell me not to use the light switch in the office only use the one in the entree way, I tried to explain Sam it’s the one that we do use all the time so he was paid for doing nothing. I had the same problem in our breakfast room only this time he said only use the remote to operate that’s why they give you one again paid for doing nothing, but he did say call me not Choice and I will come. Well I called Choice he came back out told me the same thing and was very upset that I didn’t call him said it was a mark against him and he gets no money. I just talked to Choice who said she contacted Sam and that he found nothing wrong, so now Choice is taking his side and will not send a different electronic company out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY HE WILL ARGUE WITH YOU AND LEAVE WITH HIS SERVICE CALL MONEY AND NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. I GIVE HIM NO STARS, but the sys

If I give could give no stars I would. This company and the owner "Sam" are an absolute joke. He was sent to my location after filing a home warranty claim with Choice Home Warranty. I have never met a more unprofessional individual in my life. Before I could even show him the problem he began trying to upsell me. When I asked questions he felt the need to cut me off each time and attempted to belittle my electrical intelligence. When I told him I just wanted him to complete what I originally called for he told be he doesn't work for me and walked off the job, stepping over my 1 year old in the living room in order to run out the door. For those considering using them I strongly beg of you to believe all the negative reviews and look elsewhere. If your warranty company sends them to you, call them and beg them to find you another vendor.
