Called on 8/15/2023 to request a ac unit check up got scheduled for the same day and they did not showed up. Not a good business practice, I didn’t even receive a courtesy call to inform me that they needed to reschedule. I no longer require their service. Please do your homework and choose wisely.
BE WARNED: I called for an air conditioning repair. We made an appointment, they put me on the schedule for 2:00 PM... I turned down the other companies that called me after this because apparently, I was all set.... I called back at 3:30 PM (no technician yet) and they said "the technician did not take the job"... My issue with this companies, is that they do not take any responsibility for the business they sale. I would love for the owner to hear this, but according to the operator, they answer to a "system"... not sure what to make of that. I called another technician, and he agreed to come in the evening, and said "they do that all the time, not sure how they remain in business anymore". Service: A/C system maintenance
I called Caliber Heating & Air Conditioning with an AC problem. They were very helpful, very responsive, and very honest. I spoke to martin and he was amazing. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
