Had a leak at the base of my toilet and he knew over the phone what might potentially be the issue up front with the repairs. Showed up on time, very professional and courteous, and fixed the issue in a timely manner. The bonus with Kris from all the other commercial plumbers I've used is that he's very nice and communicative. Master Plumber that has done many improvements to upgrade our construction grade bathrooms and kitchen. He also helped us twice when need was urgent - bad leak from tub spot and an emergency burst pipe repair for us tonight. Kris explains everything well, is an excellent problem solver, and also went above and beyond our expectations, calling his contacts after hours on a Friday evening, to help us find non-standard piping used for our outdoor faucet line. His truck is always well-stocked as well. Excellent workmanship and always great and honest advice.
