My wife and I had Kris out to change our hot water heater. The install was seamlessly done with no issues or mess. He left the area as he found it clear of all debris. The craftsmanship was stellar as well as Kris’s knowledge of the product. He was able to explain all of the current options and suggested the one that was best suited for our home. Shockley the best option for us was not the most expensive option. I believe this is one of many reasons to use Kris vs a larger company. Kris did a great job replacing a failed water heater for me. He made time to come out on the same morning I woke up with a cold shower and a leaking water heater.
