360 Innovations Roofing Company

I had concerns of a roof leak, due to moisture coming in on my foundation from one of my walls, and called 360 Innovations to come out and inspect. The inspector came out, looked in the attic, climbed all over the roof, and even looked at my gutters and found nothing wrong. I was actually hoping he'd find a problem so that I knew how to fix my foundation moisture problem, and I even told the inspector that. He said "I wish I found a problem for you, but I didn't." He told me he found some minor hail damage, but nothing that required repair anytime soon. It was very refreshing to have an honest roofing company tell me the truth, as opposed to all of the shady companies that knock on your door and tell you your roof is about to fall apart and needs a full replacement. Although I didn't purchase any services from this company, I really appreciated the honesty and will be contacting them again for any future roofing needs. Service: Roof inspection

Jacob with 360 Innovations did a great job on my mother-in-law's house. He replaced all of the rotted wood, power washed it to remove chipping paint, and did a beautiful job painting it. I never even had to go meet him (we live a ways out). He went over there when I asked him to, gave me a very reasonable quote, told me when he'd be there to start work, and he did exactly what he said he'd do and finished when he said he would. I'm very pleased with this company and Jacob. :)

I want to thank 360 Innovations and Will especially for his help in getting the roof replaced at the home we just bought and were attempting to by at the time at in Dallas, TX. They all did an excellent job and we love the roof. However, I just want the powers that be to know that we would have NOT proceeded with buying the home had I not talked to Will. Because of the rain in the area, we kept going back and forth with the seller and his listing agent over the roof. We decided that we would NOT buy the home unless the roof was replaced on the house and detached garage. We were told by the home inspector that there was no hail damage on the roof. However, Will told my realtor that there was and that the roof needed to be replaced. I was ready to walk away from the deal, but Will really put my mind at ease. Will said he would come through and get the seller's insurance to pay for the roof replacement, and THAT he did! Today, we are in the home and it has a new roof on it. This
