Don't bother, we requested AC repair but essentially paid $95 for a polite salesman to come into our home. We were told our AC unit was fine with no repairs needed (it wasn't), but also were recommended to purchase a $20k+ unit replacement. Didn't even check if our current unit was still under warranty. The whole experience felt like a sales process and not like a repair service. A week later the AC malfunctioned again--we called in a different service that actually examined our unit, diagnosed the problem, checked our unit was still under warranty, and fixed/replaced parts for a few hundred bucks.
