Koen Plumbing Company

This is the "best" plumbing company I've ever seen. I had a water leaking problem on the pipe underneath of my house. Guess what? John and his assistant showed up and fixed the issue within 2 hours. Can anyone believe this? They were so quick and very professional. Service was excellent and fixing cost were affordable as well. I highly recommened Koen Plumbing.

These folks are top notch. Called them when I was in a lurch and on a tight timeframe. I got lucky and someone was available to come out right away. What do I mean by right away? Within 20 minutes. They came out to look at the issues I had. Told me what needed to happen and didn't charge a dime for the visit. I called Sarah at the office to express my gratitude and she explained that they had done away with trip fees. As a business owner myself it was a pleasure to see a company doing business with great customer service like this. They have earned a client for life!

I called them out for a gas leak I had been told I had by Atmos. They came out and responded pretty quickly and were nice. However, without even checking for leaks it was recommended my entire gas lines needed replacing for $9,400. I asked about testing for a leak and they told me the test will be expensive ($900) and was unnecessary because it is just going to tell them what they already know and that is I need a completely new system. In my mind I’m thinking if I’m going to spend the $9400 you say it’s going to cost for new lines, I’m going to need a little more convincing evidence. So I called around and went with another plumber recommended by friends. The leak test was less than a quarter of what Koen quoted and they didn’t even try to tell me what was wrong or give me an estimate until they were done with their leak test.
