I seriously hate doing reviews. I almost NEVER give 5-stars. However, I have bought 2 roofs from these folks. Once in flo-mo and once here in HV. They called ME this last time after the hail storm to set up a time and they even got in contact with the new owners of our last house to help them out with the warranty. I’m in customer service myself. It’s HARD sometimes to please you people. This company goes above and beyond. Very impressed guys. Nate Boomer and his crew were prompt, professional and clear. The roof and all the necessary repairs were completed two days, contractors for other items that had to be replaced were rolling in on schedule. This part is key- they cleaned up after they were done! I didn’t find a single nail! Nate worked with my insurance company and pointed out damaged I didn’t even see! Honest, clear about the details and options. Really enjoyed working with him and HIGHLY recommend him and AVCO as your only roofing option! Nate quickly responded to my request to checkout my roof leak. Turned out to be a caulking issue around one pipe on the roof. He inspected all the pipes and caulked all of them. Super nice, friendly, very responsive and professional. AVCO installed my roof several years ago and whenever I need a new roof again - I will call them. Service: Roof repair
