I seriously hate doing reviews. I almost NEVER give 5-stars. However, I have bought 2 roofs from these folks. Once in flo-mo and once here in HV. They called ME this last time after the hail storm to set up a time and they even got in contact with the new owners of our last house to help them out with the warranty. I’m in customer service myself. It’s HARD sometimes to please you people. This company goes above and beyond. Very impressed guys. I had a great experience with Avco throughout the entire process. Dave was great to work with. He thoroughly explained all options, was responsive, communicated well. His crew was great too. Nate Boomer and his crew were prompt, professional and clear. The roof and all the necessary repairs were completed two days, contractors for other items that had to be replaced were rolling in on schedule. This part is key- they cleaned up after they were done! I didn’t find a single nail! Nate worked with my insurance company and pointed out damaged I didn’t even see! Honest, clear about the details and options. Really enjoyed working with him and HIGHLY recommend him and AVCO as your only roofing option!
