Colin was an absolutely awesome technician and super knowledgeable! He explained very part of the process to us and even showed us where all the water shut off valves were in our new home (we wouldn’t have ever known otherwise!). I would definitely recommend their services and will be booking our annual plumbing maintenance with them.

I called requesting service just after 9am and Dillon arrived just after 10am. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The drain was quickly cleared and Dean's let's you know in advance who is coming and 30 minutes notice before arrival. They are always very prompt in handling the repair call and immediately have you pulled up in their database if you are a prior customer. They also provide a discount for veterans. Had a clogged toilet, called and was scheduled for same day with a window. Clear explanation of what to expect when plumber arrived. Plumber arrived, I was on phone but with hand gestures, he went right to work. Quick consult on symptoms and Toilet was cleared quickly.
