I’m very impressed with B&R. Jim was very professional, kept me informed every step of the way. He was available when the insurance adjuster came out and even crawled up on the roof to make sure they didn’t miss anything. He was available when the work was being done. The roofers pulled off all the old materials on the roof to make sure there were no leaks. In the process, I learned a previous roofer had not done as thorough of a job. Therefore, B&R removed what the previous company should of done. Jim went above and beyond and was our advocate.
