I had to have additional circuit breaker added for 2nd set of heating strips to be connected. I think this should have been done during installation since the same company did the initial HVAC installation. I was charged 425.00 that I feel should have been covered with the installation. Troy and his crew educated me on the many details of choosing a new HVAC system for my home. The pros and cons of each option were reviewed. From them arriving exactly as planned to the detailed finish work, I was so impressed with these men. You can see in the work B&B prides itself on attention to detail. During my install, I felt every measure was taken to protect my home. I chose a two-stage, 19-seer compressor and a variable speed furnace (Do not worry Troy will explain.) I am beyond pleased with how comfortable my home is now. I cannot believe how quiet the fan is. Thanks again B&B for quality service.
