All though no work has begun at our home in NC yet, the team that has been helping our family have been nothing short of amazing! Kim and Tom have come to home on multiple occasions to sit with us and explain every little detail so that we could make informed decisions! Mind you they both have been away from their families to help with those of us affected by Hurricane Florance here in NC. Kim truly cares about her customers and demands insurance companies do the right thing versus the easy thing! She is absolutely amazing. We are excited about our new roof, among other things they will be completing for us and I will update my review once the work is performed! Very, VERY impressed thus far! Kim deserves a raise for what she does, this company cannot afford to lose her!!!

I appreciate some of the things JPaul was able to do with our insurance claim as well as the good job they did installing the roof. With that being said, Communication has been pretty bad. My representative pushed back the roofing installation date quite a few times. Once the job was done they had a lot of trouble getting my insurance Adjuster the final documents needed to seal up our claim. Just want the process to be over with already.
