He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt during the entire process. Billy has great communication, he called the morning of to confirm our appointment and then also to inform us when to expect his arrival. When he arrived he did an inspection of our home and explained what our home needed. He was very upfront and honest with the roof inspection, he showed us pictures and videos.
