Iván came by to do a roof inspection. I bought my house in August and was told during that inspection that there were a few holes and some flashing that needed repair. Iván was very professional and kind. He explained what he saw and showed me pictures. He also told me how to clean my gutters. When I asked for a quote, he told me he didn’t know what to even ask for the little work he saw and just went ahead and made the repairs for me. I appreciate it so much and recommend New Elite Roof! It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Ivan and New Elite Roofing. I had some roofing damage that another "highly rated" contractor wanted to replace my entire roof for. I felt something was off and so did my insurance adjuster (long story short he suspected fraud). I was able to get Ivan out personally to inspect my roof within the same day. I didn't mention my previous roofing contractor. Not only did he recommend not replacing the roof but was willing to make a few small repairs for free (sealing a few loose clay roof tiles). I ended up having him replace the majority of the rotting wood roof trim and siding for a very reasonable price, and I couldn't be happier with the workmanship.
