New Elite Roofing

A tree damaged our roof and created a hole in our attic. We discovered the problem the day before a rain storm was due. I called New Elite because of their excellent reviews and they did not disappoint. Ivan went above and beyond to get out to my home the same day and completely repaired my roof before the rain arrived. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Ivan and New Elite Roofing. I had some roofing damage that another "highly rated" contractor wanted to replace my entire roof for. I felt something was off and so did my insurance adjuster (long story short he suspected fraud). I was able to get Ivan out personally to inspect my roof within the same day. I didn't mention my previous roofing contractor. Not only did he recommend not replacing the roof but was willing to make a few small repairs for free (sealing a few loose clay roof tiles). I ended up having him replace the majority of the rotting wood roof trim and siding for a very reasonable price, and I couldn't be happier with the workmanship.
