I contacted Plumbing Services to inspect my gas hot water heater, flush out the tank and clean the gas burner - periodic upkeep needed for any hot water heater to keep it functioning properly. "Mac" was my technician. He obviously had a lot of experience. He was courteous, quick and professional. Jumped right in and did a great job. He had all his tools and equipment ready to go at the end of the job and left the place clean and tidy. My previous long-time plumber retired so I've been asking about a new one. He took the time to understand the issue, provide me with multiple options while explaining the benefits of each, and patiently solution all of my questions. Eduardo helped me understand potential causes of my dilemma and how to prevent going forward.
