I had a funny noise when the toilet was flushed and some dirt come up in bathroom sink. Jeff was the gentleman that arrived out to project on the problem. He was great. Explained to me in the way I understood. Had a electrician at my home 2 days before that and still don't know the problem because he seemed like he did not care. I wish it was a Jeff because I know I would of had my answers to that. Great job. We need more Jeff out there working. I contacted Plumbing Services to inspect my gas hot water heater, flush out the tank and clean the gas burner - periodic upkeep needed for any hot water heater to keep it functioning properly. "Mac" was my technician. He obviously had a lot of experience. He was courteous, quick and professional. Jumped right in and did a great job. He had all his tools and equipment ready to go at the end of the job and left the place clean and tidy. My previous long-time plumber retired so I've been asking about a new one.
