They got the job done in a timely manner, very professional install team and the lead installer Roberto Flores was very informative and helpful with any questions I had. I will definitely recommend this company to any of my friends or family members.
We had Jorge come out and check our AC system since it wasn't cooling. He had a great positive attitude and made us feel heard. One of the best costumer service I have received in years. I had the pleaser if having Roberto and Isaiah come and replace our coil. They came in and out very professional and helpful. Answered any questions and let me know all the work they had done. Great team will work with them again.
Justin, the technician today, is the absolute best! I can’t stress how satisfied I am with Air Express’s service. These are honest and nice people! They give good advice on how to maintenance your AC, treat you with respect and never trick you into some expensive and unnecessary service. If you live in the Houston area, just call them!
