My AC stopped cooling on 6/22 in the evening and I was able to have someone sent out the next day 6/23. Justin was on time, very helpful, explained what he was doing and how the parts interacted to cool/why this particular part was an issue. He replaced the part quickly and stayed for a little while after to make sure everything was cooling. Very happy with my experience.
EXCELLENT company!!! I can always count on their timeliness and professionalism. I use them for heating and cooling and the work is always superb. I sent an online request last night for service because my downstairs unit was not cooling and they were here today by noon. Cristian was the expert at my home today and he gave me incredibly useful information going forward.
