Kenny was very professional and thorough. He walked me through each step of the inspection and service, and he explained common issues or problems that I should anticipate with my unit over time. I am glad I reached out before the summer! Service: HVAC system maintenance
The appointment process was quick and easy. Sarah promptly answered the phone and was polite throughout our conversation. Derek called approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving to our home and showed up within the scheduled timeframe. He was respectful to our home and resolved our issue within no time. We chose to invest in the “Comfort Membership”, make sure to ask about that. This is our first experience with All Cool A/C & Heating but I was impressed enough to take time to write this review and highly recommend their services. Service: A/C system maintenance
