This was by far the best experience ever! I sent a text requesting information and in a very short period of time, Sarah responded with the information I needed. She asked a couple of more questions and then offered to schedule service the next day. She went so far to reach out to let me know they had an earlier time open up and amass if they could come earlier. I received a call from Justin letting me know they were on the way. James accompanied Justin, both were extremely cordial and got to work immediately. We contracted for the condenser coils in the attic cleaned. They also showed me a picture of what they found. They offered to also look at the outside unit and clean as well. The work was complete in a timely manner and was charged what I was quoted. I would highly recommend All Cool.
