We contacted Steinmez because we thought we had a problem. The plumber we got was named Nathan, and he was awesome. He's a young guy with extensive knowledge on his craft. Turns out we didn't even have a problem. But, that didn't stop me from asking Nathan a million questions about other plumbing concerns, all of which he patiently answered in great detail. I'd definitely use again, and recommend to anyone.
John was early to our next day appointment and very professional. He diagnosed the problem, gave us options for repair and completed the job. Amazing customer service and strongly recommend using Steinmetz Plumbing for your plumbing needs! They replaced a water heater for us a few months ago as well and very pleased with it!
