Jevin came out to assist us with damper problems that weren’t performing as expected. He worked hard in our sweltering attic and got our system working as it should. After struggling with AC issues for the past few years, we decide to try Fresh Air's services recently. They were able to idenfity a major problem caused by shortcuts taken by another company during the installation process. We've worked with Camilo, Isaiah, Allen, and Grady over several days this week. I appreciate the quality of service they've provided, along with their willingness to go above and beyond. They installed a new unit for us today, and during yesterday's visit they even took the time to make some temporary changes to give us some relief while waiting for the new installation. They also assisted with installing new thermostats. All of my interactions with Fresh Air technicians have inspired confidence and we will definitely be using them going forward! Jevin performed with a high sense of ethics and showed professionalism and integrity. He was polite, kind, patient and compassionate. These are rare characteristics to find in people nowadays. I want to say thank you for the time he spent educating me and helping making the right decisions to fix a problem created by someone else that was the inverse of what he was during his visit.
