Jevin came to my home for the annual spring checkup. He was professional and knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful as he explained all that was going on with my air conditioners. I so appreciated his patience and his ability to help me understand what my system was doing. He listened to my concerns and gave me multiple options. I would recommend him and his company Fresh Air to anyone in need of AC! I look forward to the fall check up as I know my air conditioning units will be well taken care of! And a big shoutout to Josie who is always friendly and kind when helping me book appointments. She is awesome! Fresh Air is the best AC-Heating company I’ve ever used!!!

I never thought I'd find myself writing an outstanding review for an A/C & Heating Company, but I've got to give it to FRESH AIR, LP - they have the whole package deal that customers just love! The family business that hires staffing who cares about their business and represents them well w/pride. They are polite, professional & will bend over backwards to do business w/you. These people know everything A/C & everything heat, to the point that they can explain the technicals in layman's terms. b/c they understand if we understand, business is always better. I liked being made to feel like my business mattered, not just my money as their paycheck. I feel like I can't say enough good about the Roncancio's, but I think I've said enough to interest & not bore the public w/one of those reviews that never end!

I have been a customer of Fresh Air for 7 years and I have a service contract. They are easy to work with and always professional. I always feel I get honest and professional service and advice. A broken A/C is always ugly in our area. They are not the cheapest, but with A/C you get what you pay for. There is great value in trust.
