I first used J P Plumbing through a home warranty company for a leak we discovered right after moving in. They were responsive, came quickly, and spent all the time they needed to get it done correctly. They did not treat me like a warranty company customer. They won my business for this. I had them install two water heaters. That experience was great. Unfortunately, Rheem has sent some bad controllers with water heaters around 2021 when I had them installed. J P has come out to fix faulty controllers twice, never charged a service, and taking on the extra work that was not at all their fault. Rheem is at fault but J P Plumbing has shown up and gotten my hot water back quickly. They really went out of their way to help get our leak situation addressed. Really grateful for the things they did that they didn’t necessarily have to do.
JP Plumbing was top notch service! Extremely professional, polite, quick to respond, and replaced our hot water heater in no time! I submitted a service request through our home warranty company on Sunday afternoon, JP Plumbing called me before 8AM Monday, came out to check the issue that afternoon, and replaced with a new hot water heater Wednesday morning.
