We had a pipe burst inside our walls and flooded a room in our house. Luis from JP plumbing came out quickly and fixed it for us and did an incredible job. We also had them come back on a separate day and repair a toilet that wasn’t working properly. They are very professional and honest. I would definitely use them again. JP Plumbing was top notch service! Extremely professional, polite, quick to respond, and replaced our hot water heater in no time! I submitted a service request through our home warranty company on Sunday afternoon, JP Plumbing called me before 8AM Monday, came out to check the issue that afternoon, and replaced with a new hot water heater Wednesday morning.
What a great company. The were responsive, professional, and prompt and gave a quote upfront and even did a little extra labor while they were installing the water heaters at no cost. Can't say enough about them I would definitely recommend and use them again. Pricing was reasonable and they did not try to hit me with a zip code tax ($1k+) like the other guys.
