Wow! I’m so happy and impressed with the service and responsiveness of Temper Mechanical A/C. It was a holiday weekend and my family was visiting from out of town, when my air conditioning went out completely. Summer in Texas is HOT! Our AC unit stopped working and the temperature in our house got to 91 and we have children and it became very alarming. As soon as Ken got our work order he immediately contacted us. He went above and beyond and was able to schedule us into his very busy day. When he arrived at the house he was very professional and he assessed the situation thoroughly.
