Howell Services, what can I say. Professional, polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable. JR came out to our home to evaluate the problem was very courteous and professional. On the day of installation JR and crew arrived at our door- I had a very good impression of them. I also wanted to thank Howell Services for the awesome price on our new system that they gave us. Howell Services went above and beyond. My mom had a busted water line and the plumber we initially started with was a no show. So I called Howell Services and told them the situation and they sent out their plumber, Lane, on Dec 2nd. And from what he saw my mom’s issues and formed a game plan to install a new line where the water well is to a different part of the property and bypass the area we no longer need connected. He’s quickly installed a temporary fix until they could come out to do what is needed. Wonderful service on our first meet. Our second meet, they came out on time after all the rain we had and cooler temps and installed the water line in a timely fashion. Several days later we had a different issue with a toilet not getting water and they fixed the clogged in the line in a matter of minutes. The technician also inspected with my 70 year old mom to make sure all outdoor water lines were ready for the upcoming freeze. Top notch services from this company and will always
