He followed up and communicated with me well on questions I had about pricing. • The crew that showed up to do the work was personable, conscientious, and clean. • They were excellent in their attention to detail. • At one point, one electrician chased down a city inspector for me to clarify the placement of a new outlet. • The invoice was clear and easily paid online. Outstanding electricians. Prompt responses to our service inquiry. Arrived same day to provide a written estimate/quote. Technicians had a positive attitude & were very respectful when interacting with my family. Very conscious of their work environment; technicians wore shoe covers when inside the house & cleaned as they went, picking up trash & wire clippings. Quality craftsmanship, no drywall repair was necessary due to their work. Very knowledgeable technicians, were able to recommend changes to complete the work in the most efficient manner & minimize cable runs. We are very pleased with their work & will use again if we need additional electrical work. Juan, the electrician worked very quickly and efficiently to have our home inspected & outlets replaced. David arranged for this job to be done within a day of contact. Prompt, friendly, affordable service. To the consumer: I would recommend a paper agreement reviewed with agreed upon price, as this did cause an issue when we received our invoice post service.
