I cannot say enough good things about Mike and 1431-183 AC. The first time I used them was about 12 years ago. I had just bought a foreclosure house and when it started warming up the AC didn't blow cold. The house was only a few years old at the time and I had another company come out and tell me I needed to replace the evaporator for $1500 (had a bad gut feeling I was about to get ripped off), so I said no thanks I'm getting another opinion. I looked online and found Mike. He found that one of the fill valves was leaking pretty bad. He replaced it and recharged it and it's still going strong. Today the compressor stopped working this morning and I figured it was gonna hurt...LOL.. given the age of the AC now. With the power outages in the area he said he had seen a few people in my area have the same thing happen from all the storms and power surges.
