The reason I used him the second time was because the first time, after getting $1500+ bids from other electricians, Tito said that what they were telling me I needed to do was not the only option. Instead of replacing something, he just fixed it. For $100 or so dollars. He got my business from then on. He’s punctual. Polite. Cheerful and very knowledgeable. Pair that with honesty.
