I just had my roof replaced by the Blackhill team. The entire process was easy, Travis walked me through the entire process with our insurance. The end results are amazing, the customer service was great, I highly recommend them!

Crew and equipment arrived when Travis said they would. Did the roof in one day. 7:00ish to 4:30ish start to finish. Cleaned up really great. Also, a check on cleaning the day after was very thorough. As for the gutter crew, they were also great, courteous and cleaned up the yard and drive. They were extremely detailed in their inspection of our roof following the softball sized hail storm we had in early April. An excellent selection of photographs showed the extent of the damage. They provided a selection of shingle samples within our homeowners association approval. About two weeks later the materials were delivered and the following day they began their work. It only took them a day and a half to replace the entire roof. They also replaced the damaged roof vents. I was impressed with their covering of the grass and flowerbeds to reduce cleanup then using a magnetic rake to get any loose nails from the grass.
