AiRCO saved the day! We called in the late morning, and Jon, the service tech, called us in the late afternoon informing us that he was on his way. The office team worked to accommodate us on a Friday afternoon just before a holiday weekend. Jon was personable and sharp, and we chatted for a bit. We ask about him wearing a mask if he needed to come in, and was gracious and understanding. But he didn't even need to come inside was able to diagnose the issue from outside, turned out to be a bad capacitor. I asked for a price estimate to replace the unit, and it was very competitive. There was no pressure to make a sale on the spot, like some companies do. Also the cost of the repair can be credited toward the new unit for the next two weeks if we pull the trigger. All staff that I interacted with were helpful and friendly. They were able to schedule an appointment for me quickly. Tony, responded to the work order. He explained each step that he was taking. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem (needed a new capacitor) easily. Another company had told me that I would need new units both inside and out. I will definitely recommend AirCo.
