Not our first rodeo with ET Plumbing--and happy again. Seems as though the emergency plumbing call always needs to be made when 100's of others are making the same call. But ET Plumbing is quick to respond, asks for information before they come out, and so is prepared with the parts they need. Great group--great to work with and recommend without hesitation. We had a leak in the wall behind our Fridge. These guys showed up the next morning. They were polite and helpful, explained what they saw and fixed, and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Also I feel like we got a very reasonable rate. Will certainly call them again.

Well, what can I say, but I believe in ALIENS!! I am an area high school administrator for AISD and sure enough the first day of school I had some terrible news from a local plumber about a busted underground sewage pipe. My toilet obviously was not in working order. The informal quote was seriously too much to even repeat here! Then the plumbers were supposed to follow up with a written quote and still haven’t. A friend of mine recommended ET Plumbing and I truly believe they were sent by God. ET Plumbing was professional, diligent and RESPONSIVE from the first call. Literally two days after my first call they had fixed the busted pipe at a fraction of what I thought I would have to pay. On an educators’ salary I was literally having a meltdown until I talked to Mr. Tracey (the owner). Mr. Tracey is a bit quirky, but super knowledgeable and truly cares about his customers.
