I called around a few companies before comitting to buying my water softener. Including going to Home Depot a few times to convince myself I could do it. I called JustUs late the night I bought the softener from Home Depot, and was called back early in the morning in response to my voice-mail. I believe I spoke with Dwayne and Chris. They both shared information about how the average new home owner would have trouble installing a water softener on their own (which I would come to find out as they installed this, quickly, but professionally) Dwayne was informative and helpful throughout the entire installation. Installed a water softener system. Communication initially was not good. Took several follow up calls from me to get responses. Seemed to be an issue with their supplier causing delays. The only reason it wasn’t 5 star. Once scheduled it was timely and communication improved. The installer was new, but he did have a supervisor training him when necessary. I would recommend them again and will use them for additional equipment in the future.
