Installed a water softener system. Communication initially was not good. Took several follow up calls from me to get responses. Seemed to be an issue with their supplier causing delays. The only reason it wasn’t 5 star. Once scheduled it was timely and communication improved. The installer was new, but he did have a supervisor training him when necessary. I would recommend them again and will use them for additional equipment in the future.
When our water heater went out, JustUs was there the next day. They quoted us a fair price for a tankless water heater. They communicated through the whole process so we would know what to expect.
