Christianson Air Conditioning and Plumbing

Our AC unit had a leak last week and we were told that it wouldn't be fixed for six days because their techs were on vacation. Our family decided to wait it out given Christianson had installed the unit, however I have had to repeatedly call to get an update on service. I have also tried to get a hold of a manager, leaving message after message and they won't give me a call back. This is horrible customer service. I would not recommend you use this company if you live outside of Round Rock. Their service is horrible and I will never be using them again.

During the 108 degrees we have been experiencing, the AC went out on a Saturday morning at a rental house - the unit is just over a year old. I went into a state of panic on "who do you call" and will anyone respond or pick up the phone over the weekend and "when can they fit me in". We know all the techs are working 24/7 in this treacherous weather. Christianson has an emergency line and staff do respond!! They were able to fit me in on that same day due to a cancellation and although they didn't have the part they had it over-nighted and it was installed the next day. The AC tech is my hero and he should be recognized and so should staff like Rose ; she is to be recognized for her patience as she deals with stressed customers. You are my heroes. Thank you!
