I had a guy from Christiansonhvac come over to fix some issues at my place, and wow, what a positive experience! He tackled the exhaust fan problem and even figured out why my master bath was having temperature issues. The best part? He was such a happy and friendly person. I honestly forgot to ask his name, but I won't forget his service. If you need HVAC work done, ask for the jovial guy at Christiansonhvac – you won't be disappointed!

Our AC unit had a leak last week and we were told that it wouldn't be fixed for six days because their techs were on vacation. Our family decided to wait it out given Christianson had installed the unit, however I have had to repeatedly call to get an update on service. I have also tried to get a hold of a manager, leaving message after message and they won't give me a call back. This is horrible customer service. I would not recommend you use this company if you live outside of Round Rock. Their service is horrible and I will never be using them again.
