These guys, Silver Star, are very professional, providing detailed information on the issue and ensuring that I understand that issue. Also they made sure that I knew what was working correctly. I called them out to get a second opinion on a quote from another HVAC service company. I'm glad I did, those guys were trying to tell me things were wrong when they weren't. I highly recommend Silver Star!
Juan was great. Was able to get an appointment for the next day when I called, he arrived at the beginning of his projected time & serviced the unit quickly & had very fair pricing (especially for a next day appointment.)
Fantastic, professional service! Juan diagnosed the issue quickly, provided an updated quote and fixed the AC in short order. Will definitely be using them again.
