These guys, Silver Star, are very professional, providing detailed information on the issue and ensuring that I understand that issue. Also they made sure that I knew what was working correctly. I called them out to get a second opinion on a quote from another HVAC service company. I'm glad I did, those guys were trying to tell me things were wrong when they weren't. I highly recommend Silver Star!
Our A/C units were not running well. Juan was able to come out the morning after I called. He quickly diagnosed the problem, added refrigerant, explained what to watch for going forward and was on his way in about 1 hour. The price was very reasonable and I definitely recommend him.
