12/16/2022-Update Thank you a million times Lawrence A/C and especially super tech Corey! (Or Cory) He called me to get more info on my thermostat issue and then helped me fix it. He said to watch it for a couple hours and call him to let him know if nothing changed. He then called me back later and said he wanted to look at something and he walked me through reprogramming the thermostat and adjusting the wires. (Old unit had heat pump and new unit does not type issue) He is patient, knowledgeable, thorough and kind and taught me a few things today. Thank you, Corey/Cory!
