I just have to give the AirPlus Team the biggest shout out for being the most friendliest, caring and professional Team. During the hot September month, our AC stopped working. They came out immediately and assessed our unit, and brought us a portable AC window unit to keep us cool while they worked on our estimate. They let us borrow their portable unit as long as we needed to make our decision on their and other estimates that we received. Although we did go with another company that was priced within our budget, I highly recommend the AirPlus Team and am thankful for their professionalism and caring service.

Our AC system of 30 plus years finally went out. After speaking to many companies, my husband and I decided to go with Air Plus. Mark was very response and knowledgeable. His expertise was evident in every question we asked. Overall their company had the best price and more importantly committed service. It’s hard to find good customer service nowadays, but it was clear that Mark was genuinely invested in in providing great service. We need more people like Mark: hardworking, dedicated, and honest.
