Manuel was very responsible and on-time. He cleaned up after himself which was a plus in my book. He took his time and ask me was I ok with his work. Keep his word on his estimate. I will be using him for other projects. I would recommend him to anyone. Pray he keeps his work ethic and never changes. My tennant's door wasn't closing right and I called Manuel. He was there in just a couple of hours and got the job done quickly and for a fair price. I'll definitely give him a call for other jobs.
