We had just bought a house and had numerous issues with our AC! Arctic pros was there for me every step of the way. This would be a five star review but the first technician that was sent out was unfortunately not very professional and stated our AC was perfectly fine... it went out not even 24 hours later. Other than that one technician everyone has been so nice and professional and helpful. We had several issues that took care of in an extremely timely matter. We eventually just went with a new unit and they were able to install a brand new unit the best day! Definitely would recommend.
