THIS POST ON THERE PAGE MADE ME SCHEDULE A SECOND OPINON. I was told by a PREVIOUS company that i needed to repair the unit in my attic and the cost for a replacement was going to be around $6000. I was devastated and stress to figure out how i was going to come up with the money for a whole unit. Me and my family had to sleep in the Texas heat with no AC for 24hours, waking up to an AC going out. We bought window units to keep us cool and I tried looking for other ways to replace my unit for days. Until i saw ARCTIC COOLING PROS through a google search. I was even able to make an appointment online so they can come out and look at my existing unit. Aaron and Marcos arrived on time and they looked at my unit. Tech came out to do a repair last week. He was very nice, but unable to do fix the issue because he needed a part. It has been a week, and I have had no repair and no response. After multiple calls, someone finally answered the phone today. She confirmed that, after a week, they still haven't even ordered my part. She was super rude and dismissive. Terrible customer service - DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! UPDATE - I spoke spoke with AHS only to find out that Arctic never turned in my diagnostics or ordered my part. After being contacted by AHS about not ever ordering my part, I received a call from Artic saying they were canceling the service and I needed to get another vendor. Wow.
