I had a water main leak. Austin Cantu is the plumber technician that came. He assessed the probable point of the leak; then explained in detail my options of repair. He also explained that depending on the condition of the pipes there would be different options there too. When he found exactly where the leak was he knew it had occurred because of too much water pressure. He also installed an outdoor shutoff valve which I knew was needed, but had neglected to install. I was very impressed with his knowledge; the speed in which he worked, and his courteousness. Most of all I was impressed with, and pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost was. I really would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work. I know I'll use Premier Plumbing for any plumbing issue in the future. Service: Plumbing leak repair

I want to take a moment to recognize Austin Cantu with Premier Plumbing. On Saturday, our bathtub started filling up with sewer water. Our toilets started leaking water. I called Premier Plumbing and they came out within an hour! Austin did everything he could to figure out the issue. His opinion was that it was an issue on the city side. He brought his supervisor the next day to make sure he was giving us the correct information. After his supervisor verified Austin's opinion?! It turned out there was a cracked pipe on the city side.
