Jonathan helped me to understand the different options available for repairing the busted pipe. He was very patient, professional, and knowledgeable about the situation. The job was completed swiftly and without hesitation. The water is on again with no problems. Premier installed a water heater and water softener a while back and they came out today for a maintenance check. Jonathan and Justin were on time, very friendly and thorough.
