ARP Roofing & Remodeling

Hey folks, this is the company with whom I strongly recommend you do business! Greg Milam is the project manager and the guy with whom you need to speak. We started out having ARP replace our worn out shingle roof with a new standing seam metal roof which the owner, Randall Williams agreed to build to "cool roof" configuration (check Matt Reisinger videos on YouTube for details). At the same time ARP foamed the underside of our roof deck closing off the ridge vent and all the soffits to create a "conditioned space" for the new HVAC equipment. I was particularly pleased that ARP was willing to listen to my desires for a nonstandard roof configuration and create that for us; a couple other roofing companies wouldn't even listen to what I wanted. As the roofing project was coming to completion, I was chatting with Greg Milam about our desires to undertake some rather extensive remodeling to the interior.
