He did a thorough check to identify the problem and, after we discussed another, unrelated problem, he preformed a rewiring for an incredibly reasonable price. He gave me significant information about light bulb choice and recommended a location for future light bulb needs. The price was reasonable, the technician was friendly and very helpful, and now a month in, we've had no difficulties or concerns about the service he provided.
