Best service provider I have ever used. Great experience. They have done two projects for me and did an amazing work. They replaced an exterior panel, added a 220 plug, ran new wire for a spa addition and replaced every outlet in my old house. We will definitely use them again for any other projects we have. Very unprofessional, I set up an appointment and they didn’t show up, Elizabeth said she forgot to call me to let me know they had and emergency, ended up telling her it was okay and set up a new appointment. When Hernan showed up he started going off about permits and how my group and I were so “wrong and un experienced” He was very prepotent and kept ignoring me and turned to talk to my male partner. Over all a bad experience, other professionals that I’ve encountered have told me if they can or can not do the job and that’s it, we are new to business and he is not welcoming nor respectful, he slammed the door of one of the panels. And I guess because we are a group of young people he thought he could disrespect us. If I could give zero stars I would.

Mr. Carrasco’s service was very professional and timely. Out of five San Antonio companies that I called early morning for an weekend electrical emergency, Mr. Carrasco was the first to come through. He came and solved our problem by 10:30 AM. Definitely recommend.
