I had a sales consult with Taylor and had an install done by Hayden. Both were professional communicative. Taylor helped me get a competitive price and Hayden’s install of a PRV and new water heater was quick, clean, and painless. No corners cut, but I still felt like the price point made it a good value. We had Ethan come out to try and fix our toilet. He was super professional with great customer service. He wasn't able to fix our issue but he went over the options and made recommendations based on price point. He set us up a time/service for installation of a new toilet. Unfortunately it seemed like the plumber was stuck on a different project and was unable to make it the same day. The home office was great about keeping us updated. We rescheduled for next day. Matt came and did the install. He too was just as great as Ethan. Very professional. He got the toilet installed quickly and it looks great.
Our ac unit died late on Friday night and Saul G an HVAC Technician with Blue Frog was quick to respond after calling Blue Frog. The unit was done for, and had given up its mortal coil and had joined the choir invisible. We limped through the hot night with no AC. Next morning Saul G returned with three portable room size air conditioning units and set them up while he attempted to locate a replacement system for us. Saul G did a great job keeping us abreast of the situation while he tried to locate the equipment. Being a Saturday he was unable to do so, but it wasn't because he didn't try. The potable units provided by Blue Frog did help us get through the weekend with temps well above 100 degree F. While warm, it was tolerable. Major kudos to Blue Frog for doing this. Saul and Zack showed up Monday morning early, and worked late into the evening getting the old system removed and getting the new one installed.
