Tobin call before he came, made contact when he arrived and completed the inspection. Both Melinda and Tobin are the ultimate professionals. Cloud replaced my roof after hail damage a few years ago. There was an issue with the flashing near the entryway that caused water to run down the brick veneer next to the front door. It has taken a couple of attempts to get it fixed properly but I think that Caleb and Tobin were able to fix it this time. I won't know for sure until it rains, but I have to say I appreciate them being responsive to my calls and concerns and taking the time to get it right. I felt like Caleb wanted it fixed correctly as much as I did. I really appreciate that and I appreciate the company standing behind their work.
