Disappointed! More than a year ago Cloud Roofing replaced my roof after a hail storm and did a wonderful job, so when a wind event caused the top half of a tree to fall on and damage the roof, of course I called them to repair the damage. I had to wait longer than I might have by calling someone else, but I thought it would be worth it because, after all, I believed they would have access to the right shingles and they had done a great job on the roof replacement. First, language difficulties made it challenging to communicate with the repair crew, but I thought it would be ok. After the work was done I got on the roof to take a look - the new shingles were not even close to the existing shingles - wrong color, wrong dimension, lesser quality. I called immediately and the young woman answering the phone asked for a moment to check the records and saw the problem immediately - even the wrong manufacturer. Cloud replaced my roof in 2017. You can not beat their 10 year warranty with free annual inspections. A simple email to Melinda and my annual inspection was scheduled. Tobin call before he came, made contact when he arrived and completed the inspection. Both Melinda and Tobin are the ultimate professionals.
