My house needed a lot of work: a complete roof, replace rotten fascia, decking, and trim, and some cracked siding; and while I was at it, I wanted to have the house painted and gutters put across my front and back patios. I wanted a company that would handle all of this work for me, rather than me having to hire separate companies and manage the timing and logistics myself. I also wanted a local company that has been in San Antonio for some time, so I could expect them to still be around in a few years should I have any issues.
