Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing San Antonio

I have used Goettl twice and had excellent service each time. We had to have two entire a/c systems replaced and within 2 days they had completed it. They cleaned after themselves, respected our home and property and even painted the areas of the wall where they had to trim the intake. They have incredible quality standards, super friendly techs, and they really went the extra mile for us. There is just not many companies who have such standards for service and quality these days and 5 stars is an understatement for these guys! Services: A/C system dismantlement, A/C system repair

They left our new ducts with leaks and a very long run to our bathroom which now doesn't cool off. They are literally one visit away from completing our install but refuse to come back. They have two leaks that just need sealant, and a duct that is too long. They also are not sending out a carpenter to fix the holes in our ceiling that they put when moving our vents Do not let them sell you a duct-for-duct replacement. 99 times out of 100, your system needs to be re-engineered and your ducts resized. They will fight tooth and nail to not fix their mistakes. They are not to be trusted. Doug, Pedro, and Greg were fantastic to work with today. Every single gentleman was prompt, professional, and expertly skilled at their job. They were also really pleasant to talk to...I'm truly grateful that I called Goettl because good help is hard to find. Working with a company that has so many wonderful employees feels like hitting the jackpot. I would absolutely trust each gentleman with future work. Not only that...I'd absolutely refer friends and family to them (the real test of trust). Thanks again guys for doing such a great job!
