My outside condenser (compressor and fan) stopped working on Sunday evening and my regular AC company was closed. EZ Air Conditioning was able to get me onto the schedule Monday morning, way earlier than my regular AC company. I really appreciated this. The service technician named Larry is an expert troubleshooter. He quickly found the problem, fixed it, and my AC was back up and running in no time. The service visit fee and cost of replacing the part was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend EZ Air Conditioning and Heating. Thanks again Larry!
Professional , knowledgeable courteous, good vslue.. Emmanuel aka Manny...he is my "go to guy". I wont use anyone else. Not only did he fix my air conditioner at both my moms house and my house..he's honest. Unlike 2 other companies I called out..his first suggestion was to diagnose and fix the unit not totally replace it. I'm totally grateful to Manny and EZ Air. What a relief to find an honest ac company. When its time to replace my unit...I'll be using Ez Air.
Exceptional, Professional, Courteous, Respectful, Timely, Clean ... and a host of other positive adjectives! Price quoted was competitive but equipment used, Carrier, was superior to unknown brands and had a higher SEER rating. Installers arrived at scheduled time, were courteous and ensured carpet and furniture was not damaged. Installation proceeded without any surprises. All debris was removed after installation. Even after installation a QA technician arrived at my house to inspect work performed, ensured I knew how the system operated, assisted with rebate paperwork and addressed all questions I had. Kudos/Accolades to EZ and all their staff! I will definitely use/recommend EZ in the future!
