EZ Air Conditioning and Heating Company has been taking care of my parents’ AC systems since 2002 or for two decades to be exact. I made the best decision to choose EZ to replace the AC System for my own home over eight other companies who came over to make their respective estimates. EZ Company absolutely did an excellent job from start to finish. With all honesty, I can say that EZ’s staff and employees are highly professional, experienced trustworthy, hard-working, courteous, and friendly. I called EZ Air Conditioning and Heating on a Friday around 1:00 pm, asking when they could schedule a visit to check my system. When the person who answered the phone discovered that my unit wasn't working, she was able to set up a visit for 3:30 pm the same day. Mr. Enrique came by a few minutes after 3:00 and went through the house, inspecting the unit inside, outside, and the attic. He took the time to explain problems with the ducts and how to solve them. He pointed out that the inflow was inadequate and explained that it needed to be increased for the new system to perform optimally. The next day, Jonathan called to ask if I received the quote they sent on Friday. I didn't, and he resends it. So on Monday, he called, and once we agreed on the price, the service was scheduled for Wednesday between 8:00 am and 9:00 am. The work crew was at my house by 8:10 am on the scheduled day. They did a great job replacing the unit. They were very respectful of me and my home. Mr. Jaime Martin
EZ Air has reasonable maintenance prices. For our fall check-up, Manny was on time, professional, and thorough. He took special care to clean out our HVAC drainage line, which he noticed was moving slowly due to build-up!
