Our ac turned off randomly in the middle of the day, and they answers our call quickly and came within 40 mins. Daniel was very respectful and honest with the work. It wasn’t super crazy expensive either. Worth the price with the quality customer service. I recently had Service First come to my house to fix my AC unit and I couldn't have been more pleased. Jack was the technician who arrived and he was fantastic.
